suzijw Member Joined: 06 Jun 2004 No. of posts: 1 View other posts in this topic	Posted: 06 Jun 2004 Topic: Adder (Snake) Bites My 8 year old got bitten by an adder just this weekend, his slightly older friend thought it wise to suck out the poison which he said he could see as dark yellow fluid from the puncture marks. One of the fangs has left quite a bruise but after an overnight stay in hospital and some slight stomach pains my son is home and well clutching his bravery certificate and a story to tell! I think his friend deserves a bravery and quick thinking certificate, and some education maybe !
