Hello, i'm new so thought i introduce myself. My name is Scott and i love Reptiles and Amphibians and have a "thing" for Adders. I'm still new to reptiles having only really becomeing interested when i moved up to Derbyshire two and abit year ago. I hope to learn more about herps here. Thats all for now - See ya |

Hi Dave ,nice shots. I have had frogs (always male) hop up to me a few times when photographing them one even head butted the lens! i think the reflection confuses them at times. Scott |

Topic: Advise on - Optics
Hi, For general veiwing an 8x21 magnification would probably do as they are also compact and usally fit in a pocket. As for makes/models thats something you will need to try yourself as there are so many different types now, my only advice is to make sure its comforble in your hands and not too weighty. hope this helps.
