well, they can be found in a variety of places, sometimes more drier
ones... under car tyres in a dump, under abandoned cars and other metal
objects

yes responsabilities, I wouldn't like it actually because i would always
worry about the place they go to and who will take care of them.
I think too many peole give them or get them as pets for fasion, them
they get killed of flushed down the toilet

yes, but they are meant to be quite common compared to other places in
Dordogne.
I am going there in late spring, I hope to find coronella austriaca and
Rana catesneiana. Also Vipera

I prefer to see the normal morphs in the wild, a friend of mine found a
yellow asp viper in Switzerland and I said to him that I would have been
gutted to found that one rather then a brillient zigzag specimen with the
natural colors
