An image of a Lancashire male sand lizard - I saw 2 females and 7 males in 5 hours which is very good by Lancashire standards.

Geoff,

I was supposed to do a survey evening with Pete (who is in charge at Sefton) for Natterjacks the other night. Unfortunately it appears to be one of those years when nothing much happens, as so far there has only been a few lines of spawn and the pools are dried out already.

You did well to see so many agilis as they are tough to find on the Sefton dunes. I will do a few survey days myself in May, as not many agilis have been seen this season.
