Hi Vicar

What a lovely pair of Common lizard pants! :-)
Did you find them on Frensham Common?. I also have a shed Common lizard skin, found at Frensham.

i've a few captive common lizards that were used for a visitor centre display. they've shed complete skins minus the head. the intricacy of the hands is amazing. and its also strange how their colour is so much brighter straight after or during their shedding period.

I found part of a West Anatolian Rock Lizard shed near where I released the Ocellated Skink, then I caught the Lizard.

Also, what sandy coloured Lizards, that move very fast (too fast to catch) live in Cyprus. I almost had one once. I found and used a tray (small crack in the side) which you use to put things like bowls, plates... on, and chased a lizard into it. when I lifted the tray up, the lizard shot off.

In the habitat of the above lizards, there were a number of juvenile and adult Starred Agamas.

Could the small lizard have been baby or small juvenile Starred Agamas? They were about 5-6inches long.

Any posts welcome.

Nice... It has large eyes, and a narrow frontal...

Did you find it in the Corbiers?

Also very nice...

In the city in Cumbria (Carlisle), there is a pet shop selling the sheds of the snakes it sells.

There were some tortoises stolen from it also...

I don't know what kinds of reptiles it sells, as i've never been inside the reptile part (you have to pay, and I don't think there's very much in there so it's probably a rip-off).

It'd be good owning a reptile shop, but there's a lot of responsibility involved, and I personally prefer photographing them and Snowboarding...(come on, 20th Feb, Andorra)... Cant wait...

yes responsabilities, I wouldn't like it actually because i would always
worry about the place they go to and who will take care of them.
I think too many peole give them or get them as pets for fasion, them
they get killed of flushed down the toilet
