Hi Phil,
Good suggestion there by Huddy. Or there's this book which is a good read

REPTILES AND AMPHIBIANS OF BRITAIN AND EUROPE

Happy B'day Sunday, it's my son's 13th birthday on Friday!

I have the Beebee Griffiths one Phil and it is a good book. It is pitched at a good level - not too basic and not too advanced. Oops just had a look on Amazon and it's ú134.75! I think this is what you meant when you said it was ú125. Better skip that book as it seems to be out of print.

They did a ridicously low print run on this populat book; just a few years old and now a collectors item!
