Green Lizards are still present at Boscombe - several were seen last Saturday.   In my previous experiences, there are normally 1 or 2 people around looking for the lizards, so if in doubt, ask.  As for the best time, there were less sightings at the hottest part of the day(it was somewhere between 22-25 degrees C).

I think the chap you mean is Simon Mole.

I don't know if they have got as far as Hengistbury head yet...but they're well on the way.

hmm. i just remember seeing LOADS of green lizards jumping about on the area of grassland just up from the sea before you actually go up the hill? or would they be sand lizards? looked chunky though. mind you was a couple of years ago.
