green_toad Member Joined: 22 Sep 2003 No. of posts: 12 View other posts by green_toad	Posted: 24 Aug 2004 Went to studland today and dispite arriving rather late, 1.30 pm, saw my first smooth snake and sand lizard.  I managed to get a good view of 2 smooth snakes and a juvinile sand lizard.  Unfortunately I didn't see any adders but I'm off to the mendips on Thursday, hopefully I'll do better there.
