Posted: 03 Sep 2004 Well like I say not much of a specimen, but the first Lv we have spotted in our wildlife garden since we created it back in April. I spotted one under the back hedge whilst creating our snake egg incubator so was hopeful that they would colonise, this one was in the depths of the garden on a log and brash pile we put in next to our hibernation bund and pond. Chuffed, best sighting all year! The spot this picture was taken at was a mown lawn just 5 months ago...

Posted: 03 Sep 2004 Hi there, Here are a couple of Viv. Lizards that I recently observed during one of my surveys in Kent. Poor little blighters try all day to dodge the pheasants then a human comes along and grabs it and moves it to a new home, a specially built three story habitat pile no less.

Posted: 08 Jun 2005 I'm always astonished at the qulity of photography on this site, I'm on a few photographic forums and when reptiles crop up they tend to be rather, er, mediocre.
