You might also have a mixture of Common Frog and Common Toad tadpoles - toad tadpoles tend to be darker and actually look more like your 'typical' tadpole. Donny40373.5028935185

All my froglets are common frogs. I was hoping i had a rare frog/toad species...next spring i am going to be on the look out for mating calls...and examine my spawn.
